Zaqi Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Zaqi app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Zaqi.

2. Description of Service

Zaqi is an AI-powered local marketplace app that connects consumers with local stores and service providers. Zaqi provides a platform for users to discover products, communicate with sellers, arrange delivery or pickup, and find local services. Zaqi acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts.

4. Seller Responsibilities

If you use Zaqi as a store owner or service provider:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings and descriptions.
  • You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
  • You must fulfill orders promptly and maintain good communication with buyers.
  • You may not list prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • You agree to pay for items you purchase through the platform.
  • You must provide accurate delivery information.
  • You agree to communicate respectfully with sellers.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to circumvent platform security or payment systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings

7. Intellectual Property

The Zaqi app, its content, features, and functionality are owned by Zaqi and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant Zaqi a license to display and distribute that content within the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zaqi provides the marketplace platform "as is" and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Zaqi is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, delivery issues handled by third parties, or any losses resulting from platform use.

9. Account Termination

Zaqi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated complaints from other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Zaqi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
